Ingredient Qty. Unit
strawberries, mashed (4 2/3 cups) 3 Pounds
apple juice 1 3/4 Cups
pkg. no sugar pectin (used Sure Jell) 1 1/2 Each
Directions
  1) Mash strawberries.
  2) Bring apple juice and pectic to a boil for one minute.
  3) Pour into strawberries and stir hard for one minute.
  4) Ladle into containers. Cool. Freeze.
